  • The monitor uses an original imported 10.0-inch true-color TFT-LCD display; the keyboard uses a human-sensing touchscreen. The fully Chinese interface offers a clear, intuitive, and user-friendly display, easy operation, and smooth touch control.
  • Historical data is stored using an NVM data storage device, which can store 20,000 historical data points. The data can be preserved for 10 years without being lost, and the stored data cannot be altered.
  • The printer uses a miniature embedded thermal printer, which makes printing quieter, faster, and clearer.
  • The temperature measurement and control system uses an original imported PT100 platinum resistance temperature sensor, a high-precision AD converter, an excellent linearization mathematical model, and a unique control algorithm, making temperature measurement and control faster, more accurate, and more stable.
  • Ignition uses an electronic flame for direct ignition, which is exactly the same as gas flame ignition. It is safe, convenient, fast, reliable, and interference-free.
  • The flash fire detection uses high-frequency ion ring flame detection technology, which enables rapid and accurate capture of the instantaneous flash fire of the sample, avoiding false detection and missed detection.
  • The atmospheric pressure measurement uses a fully digital atmospheric pressure sensor imported from Germany to measure local atmospheric pressure in real time and automatically correct for the impact of atmospheric pressure changes on the measurement data.
  • It automatically completes operations such as heating, detection, calculation, and printing.

The instrument heats according to the temperature rise curve specified in ASTM D93 and GB/T261-2021. It automatically ignites when the temperature approaches the flash point value. When the flash point is reached, the instrument automatically locks and displays the printed result, while automatically cooling the heater.
