Overview
- The NDJ-8S rotational digital display viscometer is controlled
by a single-chip microcomputer. It is an intelligent instrument cap
-able of data acquisition, processing, and Chinese character display.
The instrument controls the stepper motor to rotate accurately and
smoothly according to the set speed, and drives the rotor through
a spring. When the rotor encounters no resistance, the rotor rotates
synchronously with the motor; when the rotor is subjected to resistance
from the test liquid, its rotation lags behind the motor. When the spring
tension balances the liquid resistance, the lag angle of the rotor relative
to the motor becomes fixed. By measuring this angle, and according to
the set speed and rotor, the instrument calculates the viscosity of the test
liquid and displays it on the LCD screen.
- Compared with similar instruments, the NDJ-8S viscometer is
not only easy to operate, has stable rotational speed, high measurement
accuracy, and a wide operating voltage range, but also features an automatic
search function that can find the highest and lowest speeds required for
unknown samples.
3.The NDJ-8S viscometer can be widely used to measure solvent
-based adhesives, latex, biochemical products, paints, coatings, cosmetics,
inks, paper, starch, food, etc
